Great progress, that is the same motor I put in the Precedent, I think you will love it. Making battery trays I see, are you converting from 4 12 volt batteries to 6 8 volts?

I think it is for a bolt that goes into the differential case, depending on the year of your differential it may or may not have the threaded hole.

I was referring to the electrical harness hanging off of the side of the motor.

Ok lets try this again, is it three wires with a triangle shaped connector?? If so then it is probably the speed sensor.

Can you post a picture?
