Have is all hook up but getting nothing coming out. Have 48v going in. The reducer is not even getting warm

then it's either bad or not hooked up correctly.
Where did you get the reducer? A lot of the ebay chinese junk is notorious for being bad out of the box. |

Oh, the "good" ones are Chinese as well. But you get good and bad quality out of China. Usually the cheap stuff is of poorer quality.

The Chinese adjust the quality of their products based on how much the consumer wants to pay. If the consumer decides to cut cost and come to an agreement with the Chinese to do so, the Chinese will cut cost, but maintain the same profit margin. They're not going to lose money.
