Alltrax Settings
I just did the first shakedown run of my Alltrax on Lithium conversion and want to start optimizing the performance. I have the FNKS with 3 user selectable programs so I am thinking along the lines of;
USER 1 = something close to the stock Curtis 250 and speed code 3 USER 2 = slightly more aggressive acceleration and speed code 4 equivalent USER 3 = Crazy Larry mode with as much as the stock motor can handle. What do you think? |

Re: Alltrax Settings
I wish they had labeled the modes 1,2,3 compared to normal,1,2

Re: Alltrax Settings
What does the rpm ranges, i.e. (Rpm 4500-6200), do with the FNKS switch? How is a range used by the controller or is it user selectable while underway? The left "3 position" switch selects one of the three user modes. Where as the right "variable" switch selects the amount of Regen based on your programmed range settings. I'm confused 🤷*♀️ [emoji52]

Re: Alltrax Settings
Can the config.txt file be edited or do I need to do all of this in the controller interface?

Re: Alltrax Settings
The computer interface? Yes. It is pretty good but requires me to be at the cart. I'm in bed sick as a dog right now and wanted to work on the programming from here.

Re: Alltrax Settings
Yeah, I opened up the config.txt hoping it was really a human readable text file but it looks Chinese. Anyone know the spec for USB cable length? I only need about 100' from the garage to my bed!
