That would be correct, but I would check it with the meter first if you have one. Pace the negative lead on the main battery negative, and the positive lead on the controller side of the solenoid. If you have no voltage, or if the voltage drops when you press the pedal that would confirm the solenoid not closing.

Will try that. And to Swan, yeah, can't find a tow switch on mine.

mgray, my Fluke says 57 volts (it just came off charge). I assume that means solenoid is good? If so, what's next? Thanks

What throttle does that cart have? V glide? Also does it have the rotary forward and reverse? I assume so since you said it didn't have a tow switch. Maybe Sergio or Tahoedawg will chime in. They are much sharper than me on these club cars!

I would guess that the OBC would have it locked out, but you said the solenoid was clicking correct?

Solenoid clicks. Shows voltage. No tow, F/R rotary switch. Looks like V-Glide. Charges fine.

Any ideas? Micro switches?

solenoid clicks, so your micro switches should not be the problem. That leaves controller, f/r, motor or high current cables. I was going some of the more experienced guys would chime in. Check all the cables, even at the motor for signs of heat.

Will do, thanks. But, BTW, should I also run a continuity test on the solenoid?

If you have pack voltage on the controller side of the solenoid large post when the pedal is pressed, that confirms your continuity. Wouldn't hurt anything to check it though.
