The Alltrax Control is rated water resistant.
It has been proven water proof by one BGW member.
Most all of the cart components including the reducer we sell are splash resistant. This means they can handle the incidental splash or over spray from cart cleaning. A shield or diverter is a good idea.

OK got my battery pack installed with all the heavy wiring. Now test time....
Forward, everything seems to work just fine, however in reverse nothing. No solenoid click. Also, what seems not right is that even in forward, controller has no light up. In other words, I have no LED status for anything. Anyone have any suggestions?

Ok, disregard LED status for it appears to be giving me something. In forward, 3 Green flashes, followed by solid green and going red at full throttle. I also get this in reverse but nothing is happening? No solenoid click and/or wheel movement.

Sounds like the controller is okay. The red at full throttle is probably the orange full pedal signal.
No solenoid click in reverse? Make sure your F&R switch wires are all in a row in the front or rear of the switch.

Solenoid is clicking in reverse, sorry for misdirection. I'm assuming that when say "wires are all in a row" you mean nothing is crossing? If so, then all good here and installed correctly.
Only 2 small wires (blue) going to MS on F&R - 1 from foot pedal harness, and 1 going to + small post on solenoid

Recheck all the cable routes..... last ditch = swap the F&R #5 and 8 cable and see if the problem reverses direction.

I gotta go. Back later

Knew it had to be something simple - loose connection on one of the cables at the F&R. Thanks again ScottyB. Be talking with you again when I upgrade to 48V and replace motor.
