I can only speak for my area (NC Florida), but if they catch a cart on those asphalt walkways/bikeways; it is a $200 fine! I guess I understand that it could be a danger for the pedestrians and that is why they built them, but darn, they fit a cart perfectly....

Oh yeas, we already had a few of our brightest try it and went too far and got busted.

The V in the model number indicates a 3-wire or voltage type throttle, not a rheostat only like the "NN5S" or "NN0S".

In addition to a Multi-Step or MCOR, You can also use the newer Hall-Effect throttle scottyb sells now.
