You will need 5/16 x 18-22g ring terminals

HILAC, please check your solenoid. I know you have a 500a controller, which means you "should" have a 400a solenoid. If so, they will usually have 3/8" terminal posts and require 3/8" ring terminals on the Regen Diode, as it mounts on the large posts of the solenoid.... Just double check so you do not run into a problem later....

PS- And if you do not have a 400a solenoid, get you one!!

Yes I do have a 400a solenoid I Burt it up when installing the alltrax. Remember I was the one that went through the garage door. Look one big door this time instead of 2.

I'm troubleshooting some charging issues, does the resistor have any function in charging? If so, How could I test it?

Resistor has nothing to do with battery charging although it is called a “Pre-Charge” resistor. It’s function is to provide a limited current path for the large capacitors in the controller to charge before the solenoid engages. Large capacitors can draw very large amounts of current when charging, so in order to protect the solenoid contacts from arcing when charging the capacitors, shortening the solenoids life considerably, the pre-charge resistor is used.
