Default 2009 ez go problem electric

I was given this 2009 electric cart.when I put it in reverse
It beeps,I put it in forward and nothing happens.the pack is about at 41 or so volts and it's a 48 volt cart.Is there a printable flow chart to start looking for the problem.

Yeah, 41v is not even close to allowing a RXV to work. Sort out the battery problems first. Charge & try again.

From the picture it looks like the motor brake is removed from the motor??? Is that what's sitting in the bagwell?

Yes,but it's now on,my voltage is around 44 to 46 volts and nothing ,turn the key it beeps real loud,I can also here the solenoid click

You’re voltage is still too low, a full charge is a little over 50 volts.

Oh, no, I didnt even notice that. It's a super old "lever brake" with some parts removed. That brake is probably bad. And dont just expect the rxv to work with the brake not installed.

Ok,maybe the batteries are bad,I didn't realize it needs that much voltage,my charger at the end should pushing out how many volts

I got about 47 to 49 volts at the batteries,the charger has been on it all day,the brake is back together as I took it off to move it

I probably need to buy a service manual or something,I got it free from work,they changed to gas,I don't mind putting money into as I would like it for work

Download "rxv danaher troubleshooting guide" it will help a lot, its factory info you can find on this site. Your battery voltages should be around 60v when the charge cycle is nearly complete. And it should drop back down to about 51v a few hours after the charge has completed.
