Freedom RXV Factory 12v Reducer Radio Connection
Hey guys, obviously new here and before anyone asks, yes my kids picked the username LOL. Anyway I bought this Freedom RXV from a friend, he said it came from the factory with the front/rear lights, batt meter, horn and voltage reducer.
Im trying to connect a radio and amp. There is a similar thread on the forum that I found, but I still couldnt get it to work. I've attached pics of my batt compartment. The wire that are running from what I believe to be the reducer (based on the other thread) and all the wires from my accessories run under the tow/drive plastic panel. I havent removed it to see whats under it, I thought I would ask you guys first. Any help on connecting the radio/amp would be greatly appreciated. |

Re: Freedom RXV Factory 12v Reducer Radio Connection
Welcome to BGW.
Here's a thread about what you are wanting to do on your Freedom RXV that may help. https://buggiesgonewild.com/showthread.php?t=146148 Just make sure the total amp load for your radio, amp and lights don't exceed the voltage reducer capacity. |
