Re: Which 4 gauge cable set to use for 36V?
Hey guys, I hate to dig up an old thread, but I'm now in the same boat. I cant afford to upgrade to a controller & my current 6ga cables are crap.
None of the links in this thread work anymore (DUH its FOUR years old ), I was hoping someone had info on how many cables are needed and their length for cable replacement of a DS resistor cart? |

Re: Which 4 gauge cable set to use for 36V?
Just go to Scottyb's website and order a full set of 4 gauge cables for your cart.
I made my own on the first rebuild about 4 years ago. By the time I bought the cable, connectors, swedge kit, etc I could have just bought Scottyb's cables. I did buy his when I did the second upgrade. They are well constructed and numbered for easy installation. I highly recommend! |

Yeah Scotty was my first choice cause he's helped me out so much. Good guy and he sells good stuff but Scotty said he doesn't have a kit for the old school DS resister cart.
