36 volt batteries dead
Hey guys first time here, got a older 36v cart and was wondering where and if you can get used batteries from. This cart is used around the house by the kids and I dont want to put a lot of money into it. Also could I run 3 12v deep cycle batteries in place of the 6v. Thanks guys...

Re: 36 volt batteries dead
Don't attempt to run anything but the (6) 6V batteries.
Search craigslist or your local auto recycler for used batteries. |

Re: 36 volt batteries dead
If you are truly maxed out then, yes, you can produce 36v from 3 12v batteries wired in series.... but it will not produce the quaint of amperage necessary to properly run a golf cart reliably

And be aware they are different sizes so you will need to strap them down,
