David is correct. I installed a limited slip three years ago. It work wonders in the mud but at times it sounds like your trying to shift an old truck with out the clutch.
David is there a alternative instead of the CC limited slip ? |

I've welded the spider gears before in the regular differential. It works great off-road but it's not very pavement friendly. I have a differential I keep in my shop that I swap into whatever cart I'm going to be using for deer season that year. Once the season is over, I'll swap the regular one back into it and sell the cart. It holds up real well too. Ran one for 3 years on 64 Volts with a high torque series motor on 23" tires and it didn't have any issues.

Have a extra differential. Might have to try that after the season is over. Thought about it before back from my dirt track racing days. Off road your not doing much sharp turning so it might work.
David those tires I bought from you on the picture above is the best mud tires I have ever ran. |
