Just finished installing the Motor and Controller.

Took it out for a run. WOW!!! What a difference from the stock motor and controller! I took my handheld GPS and clocked it at 23 mph! The batteries weren't even fully charged.

I will try to make a small video of the cart running with GPS.

I really appreciate everyones help. Without asking questions and getting great answers, I couldn't have done it myself. Thanks All!

If anyone is in the SW FL area and needs help installing a motor or controller, feel free to send me a message, I would be happy to help!

Here are photo's of the finished product!

I replaced the motor and controller on Friday eve, and added the rear seat and custom upholstery yesterday!

I have a windshield on order as well as a battery meter. Will be installing them later in the week.
