cart wont go

96 cc my bow has it his dad went to his house and when he came out it would not go it jumps like battery are dead but they are charged

If they have been properly checked and are fully charged I would suspect a bad (corroded) cable or cable connection choking the amps out of it.
Does it do the same in forward and reverse?
What is your individual battery voltage and pack voltage?

If it shakes a little you have a bad battery,If it wants to go and just moves a little its a bad solenoid.you can get the wheels a little off the ground and if they move a little and then quit its a solenoid.If not its a battery.Hope this helps.
