My New EMP Motor Arrived
But I forgot to mark the wires when I removed the old motor.. I have an older 36v 5 solanoid cart and the motor terminals are marked A1/F1 and A2/F2.. I printed out the entire wiring diagram but cant read the motor terminals on it so I'm looking for help?
I already installed the motor and wired it like I thought the original was hooked up but it barley pushes the cart, just like the original motor I sent them.. I measured across the entire bank of batteries and came up with 40v and I can hear all of my solanoids firing so I'm at a loss on why I dont have any power? Each individual battery measures 6.5v.. In reverse the cart doesnt even move.. It tries but there isnt enough power... Edit: It bascially has ZERO torque.. In forward it moves but takes a while to get any speed and even then its not more than 8 or 10mph and I could easily stop it by putting my foot down.. Lets just say my original 91 EZ Go would put it to shame.. Any help would be appreciated Thanks Cuz |
