Definately "unique"....the rear body looks like a Caroche...the cab and front is throwing me for a loop. It may have Caroche running gear.

Looks like a very much customized ( Multi Headlights and top and windshield ) Caroche body from 1975-1980 period? Confirm by looking under seat on drivers side frame rail should have tag showing serial numbers if missing, Caroche had 2 brake pedals and a throttle pedal rather than newer models with 1 brake and 1 throttle pedal.
Hope this helps in identifying.
