Scotty, In following this thread I see the importance of proper tightening of terminals. So are you suggesting applying grease to a terminal? What do most use to treat electrical connections to prevent corrosion and making good contact, if anything more than a tight connection.

On the moving contacts I use dielectric grease. On stationary connections (cables and such) I use a Deka spray terminal protectant # 00320 and terminal cleaner # 00321 in my shop
