Were to get new reed valve robin 244cc motor
Does any one know were to get new reed valve for a robins 244cc motor? How to tell if the reed valve is bad? The reason looking for one is I can see light all the way around mine when looking at them closed.

Maybe you could flip over the valves or make new ones out of long feeler gauge material??

I cleaned mine up last night before flipping them over - new 0.25 over sized piston and actually having a reed valve in place made my cart ACTUALLY run good until one of the new crank seals popped out when it backfired :-(

That must have been a Hell-of-a-backfire!! Good idea with the feeler gauges also!!
