Spark, fuel & compression but won't start

if this is a 91 its a flat head ,see if the carb butter flys have lost a screw if so its under your valve if not pull the head if the gaskets good you lost your valve clearance.on the end of the lifter under the valve cover is a cap.pry up the valve and remove the cap it has a post into the lifter,remove with needle nose and grind 4 to 6000 s of an inch put it back repeat other side your good to go if you can turn the valves when closed with the head off they have no clearance
