Problem solved ! The problem was my cart it self ! I guess i have a special cart !!!! Hahahaha

Like Alttrax said that controller fits many years of CC carts and only a few have this problem which they will solve by removing the HPD.
HPD is high peddle disable, Without this enabled it is possible to turn the cart on while the throttle is partially depressed. Results will be rather instant so caution must be used to never have your foot on the gas when you turn the cart on.
Shoot me that email and we will get the paper work going for the Alltrax service.

OK, so can you tell us what it was, so when others have this problem, they will know what to look for

The npx controller has the HPD ( high peddle dissable) turned ON and that works for MOST carts. Well my cart needs the HPD turnd OFF. So i just need to send the controller to alltrax and they will turn it OFF for me then send it back.

Why does HPD only affect it in one direction and not the other? Sorry, I'm not familiar with AllTrax at all.

2 scenarios can trigger HPD. The throttle signal is too high when the controller powers up or the throttle signal never goes to zero between cycles (when the peddle is let up)
