Default Batteries sweating

Been doing some searching and haven't found anything so I am going to ask. 2003 CC, 48v, series motor,Trojan batteries, 4 yrs old. I have 2 batteries that the tops sweat like crazy. Sweat acid. I can clean them off with baking soda and water. Dry them real good. Charge them up and everything is fine. Let the cart sit a couple of days and there is acid all over the tops of just those 2. It is the 2 on the right, passenger side. It is so bad it drips on the floor. Water level is about 1/4" above the plates. Batteries hold a great charge. Just checked and voltage is 51.4v after sitting 3 days. Before I charged I took a 4 mile trip and pack voltage was at 50.3. So there is still some good life in them. Just don't like the acid everywhere. What would cause it? Oh and the batteries have the single cap covering the 4 holes if that make a difference. I do have lights, but they are connected to the 2 batteries on the drivers side. Yeah I know, gotta change that. By the way the tops are dry after the charger shuts off, its a couple days later that they are wet.

Could be a bad seal on the cell caps. Try switching the caps to other batteries and see if the same batteries still get fluid on them. Also inspect the bottom of the caps for damage and that the vent ( if it has one ) is in place.
