Default 1986 36v Club Card DS Needs High Speed/Torque Motor..Suggestions?

MY 36v club car ds needs some speed and some torque...whats my best route on increasing my speed to 18+mph and being able to go uphills and pull my jon boat out of the water?

What Motor?
What Controller?
wiires?
F&R Switch?

Convert to solid state and run it on 48v. You will everything you asked for from the stock motor.

scotty from what i can see just for the kit im looking for would be $790-$820 ? then i would still need to convert the cart to 48v and get a 48v charger?...plus cables? iis that correct?

$1300-$1500 to get the job done right?

is that really the only road to go with the 36v ds to get the results im looking for?
