I found the problem it was the red wire coming off the charger plug had corroded through and had come apart so it wasn't getting voltage to MS2 what strange is the back up beeper was real weak but when i reconnected the red wire it really got loud. So John you were right something wasn't wired right it was disconnected. **** and I was hoping it was the controller so I could get a new one.

Glad to hear you got it fixed.
Sorry that it didn't justify replacing the controller as you wanted.

The really strange part is that the red wire coming out of the charger port is the power source for the beeper.

That wire completes the energizing circuit for the solenoid that's why I didn't any voltage on any of micro switches. From what I understand from a local cart shop this wire would normally have fuse in it and they said they take them so that had been done before I got the cart and they installed a blade connector in and it corroded and broke. I do have a heavy duty F/R switch I am going to install next week

Thanks for the help

The acid vapors produced by battery charging are a constant threat to all of your crimp and bolt on connections. When replacing a crimp connection dip the bare wire into dielectric grease BEFORE putting it into the crimp connector.
I was doing this in all my service repair wiring and never had a corrosion problem with any of those connections..... hope this helps
