Re: Analogue Tachometer
no idea on that one I think its a tach only if you want a value tach northern tool $30 I think tach/hour meter I have the eqqus that dave recommend it is erratic but I think it's due to the ignition going on and off with the pedal?? under acceleration it works great! oriellys will match prices if you have one close

Re: Analogue Tachometer
Due to the variable speed nature of the clutches used on golf carts, motor rpm is pretty useless in determining vehicle speed.

Re: Analogue Tachometer
Does it have to be analog? Tiny Tach is fairly cheap ($40-$60) on ebay and takes up minimal room. Tiny Tach is also an hour meter is you wanted to use that to judge oil changes.

Re: Analogue Tachometer
My issue with Tiny Tach, and thus the reason I haven't installed one, is....well, it's tiny. And reading/watching while driving is rather difficult.

Re: Analogue Tachometer
Yep,the display on Tiny Tach is about 1/4-3/8", and dark too.You will likely crash trying to read it.
