Yes.

His described a NPX4834EZ and sent a NPX4834.

The NPX4834EZ is Plug-n-Play. The stock plug fits, no modification needed.

Ok cause I'm going to email him and try to get him to send the correct one but I'm not sure 100 percent what to say I do know the picture in the post is not the same as the controller he sent me

The picture isn't clear enough to tell which one it is, but the text in the description describes the NPX controller that is programmed for an ITS throttle and has the correct set of pins on top.

I would stick with the disparity between the description and the product you received and not even mention the picture.

Definitely try, but once eBay and PayPal merged, your rights have become limited. Bait and Switch seems to be a valid argument though.
