You can start over, just solder the jet shut. May need a torch of some kind and some solder for copper pipes.

I used a torch tip cleaner to file out my jet, another carb I bought a jet drill set like posted and it worked as well. You can drill the jets with a pin vice included with some sets. Its just like the handle off a tiny screwdriver with a spinning head and has a tiny chuck. Most carts you can take the bowl off in the cart and get the jet out to change it, or can once you have it off and don't put it back on really tight. Can also pull the choke a little on a wot run and if it runs better its likely lean, that will get you in the ballpark.

Very nice, thank you for pin vise. That makes cutting the jet so much easier.

Just work your way up in jet size as most are lean because you modded the airbox or exhaust for more flow. If you drill slightly larger its pretty easy by hand with the pin vice, brass is soft but remember the tiny drills break easily also. Think I bought mine on amazon, don't need much for brass.

Found a pretty good deal on G14 carburetors, $88.99 shipped. Main jet is #105, pilot #55

Still waiting on my supplier, but I have found jetting in most sizes from #70 to #190 for $0.75 cents each.
