Two items on my list, charger and converter, just waiting some because I already have 7k in this cat and wife is wondering will it's going to stop. LOL

I like the idea of removing the obc. Like Scotty says, you can recoop some money from the old charger.

My issue now, is trying to sell this to the customer. I deal with quite a few elderly customers, and if I talk about "by-passing" , or removing something, they are hesitant.

I think I might a couple of those new chargers to keep on hand for when I come across the bad obc sitch.

That way I can try selling the obc removal process with new charger. That would save time from having to order an obc.

I think I just talked my myself into something!

smart charger controls charging so OBC is no longer needed
