Pull the motor & clean before you trace every wire & find nothing.

I will see what I can do about that, I guess they built the golf cart around the motor so removing it wont be so simple. Ill advise after I tackle it.

Just remove the cables and see if you still have continuity between one or more of the motor terminals and the frame.
