Nice job............ I like your way of fabbing up the rear lift. I use my plasma cutter and cardboard a lot to do fab work.

If it had been me though, since you installed a jakes long travel on the front, I'd have fabbed up a 3-4 link for the rear with coil overs. Would have given you more articulation and smoother ride in the back.

But that's just what I'd have done.

As you did it the cart looks great and I'm sure turns heads.

We installed a windshield also.
We installed a D&D motor too. This motor we installed was 12" long and 70 pounds. Big boy!!!! I have road this cart with 4 adults, and 4 children for about 2 1/2 hours and it still wasn't below 60% yet. I was pretty impressed. I havnt got the time to install the reverse contactor I bought from scotty yet, but just replacing the motor cut out all the overheating I was having in the first place.

I found this pic. Basically I made the shock eye hole on the top plate of the u bolt attachment. ( or whatever you call it ) I don't have shocks on it just yet because I cant find a set that will stroke under 14". Let me know if this helps you.

Yea this was the factory setting. I had to build the whole thing. I got the idea off this website. I think wicked carts did it if I can remember.
