Do You need the power frame everything is bolted to? If not, I will work on disassembling it into movable pieces and see about getting a box/pallet.

Can I assume it still has plugs aimed down? Are you planning on a block rebuild or is it running OK? I have a plug up block I can throw in at no charge. The jugs are all interchangeable. There can be 18 hp plug up and 22 hp plug up. The difference is the crank (¼" more stroke) pistons and timer. I also have some other tips so they don't burn oil.
