Richies Shuttle
Well here is the next project on the block after the workhorse and the marathon are somewhat finished. It will see a wash down and then a blue tarp for a while.Plans are a gas rear axle and an 18hp vanguard mounted behind the axle, little bit lower and 10" aluminum wheels/low profile tires.I picked it up for $150.00 and other than some hairline cracks around the floorboards, the body is in great shape. It has a little bit of rust on the frame by the battery tray but that will all get replaced.I should have it done in a couple of years...........

Re: Richies Shuttle
Lower it or lift it? That is the question. My son said I should lift it.... go with maybe some 23" tall tires.I was going to go 10" wheel with low profile tires.Give me some opinions...........

Re: Richies Shuttle
23's AND lower it? Not asking for much are we?....... I think I am leaning towards lowering it if I can get the 18hp under the rear body.Might have to raise the bed sides and floor a bit.................

Re: Richies Shuttle
I've never had a Vangaurd/Honda not fit in a standard height cart. I think you'll find more room then you think. Then again, it would be cool to see the engine sticking out the back end with a "snorkel" or something like that. The concern would be clearance on the front end for turning. From you...it's not asking or dreaming to much. Later my freind.
