Default Curtis 1236 controller BDI values

I have a Curtis 1236 ac controller in a 48 volt golf cart with 8 6 volt Trojan T-105 batteries. The cart does not get nuch distance before dropping into limp home mode. Does anyone know what would be reasonable values for the BDI algorithm.. It is currently programmed with Full volts per cell 2.12; Empty volts per cell 2.05; and Discharge Time 45. I suspect the 45 minute Discharge Time is way too low, but don't know. Any help would be appreciated.

HI,

I am using 48V, 100A battery and 1236 controller. Discharge time = 36 minutes. With 10A battery is discharged for 1hr 20 min, but the BDI percentage is not changing. It was showing the same value = 98 %. I have switched off the system and checked the value after 30 minutes, but still showing the same BDI percentage as 98%.How to get the correct BDI percentage.

Regards,

Vaishnavi
