1988 Parcar..I'm back..with useless motor.

Hi Bob..got the breaks done and also the carb is now adjusted..It runs fine...alittle loud might need a new muffler..but that is not a problem. The guy who did the repairs told me that if I was to take off my tire and replace them with the original ones that my cart will go faster..It looks like my cart has been lifted about 2 inches and i have these big tires..he said to put back my old ones...I like my big ones and I won't change...I did notice that if I have my hubby or my brother who are 200+ pounds driving with me that it is sluggish..what could this be...is it the weight? Can I adjust the speed on this cart?
