Also, will the 12v car batteries damage the cart motor if used?

They will not provide enough power for a golf cart . . do not skimp on the most important piece of equipment a golf cart requires . . you need deep cycle golf cart batteries . . at $17/ea, you will be throwing that money away trying to use these in your golf cart . . this is one more along the lines you should be looking at:

they will not damage motor but keep in mind if your gonna throw car batteries in it i hope its just for testing purposes......because they arn,t gonna get you anything as far as drivetime ..............they arn,t made to handle the voltage or amps demands but for testing and very very short drive they,ll work.........please tell us your not putting car batteries in to use for driving the cart?? TESTING PURPOSES ONLY................................

Aha nice
you got these from deep cycle batteries

So , I read that Torjan batteries is more efficient

Which one you think is better

using (4) 12v batteries from the link you provided

or using (6) 8v Torjan batteries ?

Also, If i choose high AH Torjan battery, should i change anything in the cart? or it doesn't matter ?

Go with the 6-8v battery setup . . that is what cart was designed around . . as for brand of battery, different people have different opinions . . Trojan and US Battery are good batteries . . as for changing anything in the cart, it depends on what you are trying to accomplish . . more speed? If so, then you may consider higher amperage controller and stronger motor, such as PlumQuick . . . how much do you want to spend? That is the main question . . .

Low end 12v batteries would be fine for testing . . but for price of 4 batteries to test motor, why not just take motor out and to a shop for them to bench test it?
