Default Xct 48400 alltrax programming issues

So i got the alltrax xct 48400 installed in my yamaha drive and the cart is now at 8 mph max. The controller is blinking green 3 times at startup then stays solid green. If setup for a ydre i believe it should blink 5 times, noting a 0-1k throttle (yamaha). I've changed it to ydre several times in the toolkit but it still blinks three times, even though the toolkit says it's set for ydre. Currently, At 55% throttle, the speed sensor is at 0 rpm, battery current is at 15.5 amps, motor current is at 25.3 amps, and field current is at 9.4 amps. I have torn the alltrax manual apart and am just not finding the info i need. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sorry I was out - Make the YDRE throttle setting selection and then hit 'set' the set button turns blue. Wait for the set button to clear again... then close the program and reopen the program... throttle setting should have stayed YDRE

YDRE should be 0-5V throttle I believe.

The manual says when the throttle is set for a ydre the controller will blink 5x upon startup. Even though the toolkit says it's set for ydre, it continues to blink 3x. I'm at a loss, because it will accept any other throttle setting (ezgo, cc) but will not accept ydre setting. Gotta call Alltrax on Monday

See, i dont get it. Mine does also, then i hit "set" but it will blink 3 times which means it's not actually set to ydre. Like i mentioned, its going 8 mph now and speed sensor reads 0 rpm. Im lost.

When you select the throttle type and click 'set'. Set saves changes.
I'll say this incase anybody is unclear on how to save (set) changes in the program.
When selected the set button changes from gray paper color to blue. You must wait for the set button to change back to gray paper color before you touch another button or key. As long as it is blue it is working on saving and not yet saved. Hence the wait for it to clear... hope this helps

Your problem is that your speed sensor isn't working. Throttle is probably fine. Zero RPM is the clue! Make sure you have the speed sensor enabled and that it is properly connected and working. When you push the cart with it not in TOW, it should beep and resist your push if the speed sensor is working.
