I am almost positive the YDRE is 0-5V Thottle.

ydre is all 0-5v (well, not sure about the AC model, they dont have a service manual to sell us yet) . glad to hear its going. i learned something, if rpm limit is enabled, tach sensor must work or else "limp mode", great to know this.

Makes sense right. This control enables many of the OEM safety features.

My cart just did the exact same thing.
2007 YDRE with new 48500 XCT kit from Scottyb.
After installing, I had max speed of about 5 mph.
After many emails and hours of research, I came across this thread so I bypassed the speed sensor and BAM it works and it's fast!!!
So I also checked the pins on the controller and found the bottom left pin completely bent.

How did you straighten it out?

I have heard also 0-5v but for some reason Alltrax has YDRE and 0-5v in their throttle selections.... Maybe that's because other apps that are not Yami use 0-5v and they tried to avoid confusion for those apps... Maybe the bent pin is the speed sensor? Can anybody verify the pin #?

Mine was bottom left as well, but I cannot confirm the pin #. I used tweezers to straighten.

I don't know how the rows of pins are counted, but in the manual it shows the speed sensor is pins 24,25,and 26.

If that's the case is pin #1 top left, pin#13 top right, #14bottom right and #26 bottom left like shown?
