87 ezgo clutch issue
I finally got cart running but now it only does like 3 mph
I took seat off and drove it, I can see that the belt does not go up to the top of clutch, would it be more likely a belt issue or a clutch issue. |

A new belt is 1 3/16" wide. Anything less than an inch is junk.
