Default G14 running

Just rebuilt the g14. It is bored .25 over. Carb is new and so is fuel pump. Runs fine at idle and if slowly accelerating. Hitting the throttle causes it to stumble till it catches up with itself. The plug is white so it is lean. Any suggestions?

Airbox all-stock? In perfect shape with good seal, internal baffles, and hose? Did you buy the BS China $20 carb?

Air box is warped sealed it with duct tape. Carb was a cheap one off of Amazon. I still have the original. Are there rebuild kits for them?

Yamaha generally doesn't sell many "kits", they sell individual pieces. Here's a link. When you find the part numbers, just punch them into your preferred search engine.

Mounted original carb had same issue. Eliminated the pump filter housing a vac leak from being a cuase. Bach to recleaning carb. Any Tips on how to get a stuck main jet out?

Pb blaster and an impact driver? The kind you use a hammer on, used on motorcycles a lot. Some people say put the original jet in the new carb and it works, but you never know what you get with aftermarket carbs. All fails get a torch tip cleaner and file the main out little by little until it runs good, if you know its lean that will work. That is how I jet usually, sometimes I buy a jet when done sometimes I just run that.

still having issue with running lean on high rpm, cleaned carb twice now. Can this maybe be caused by valve adjustment or some other issue?
