I have one, but its a pre MCI. That's why I was looking to see the difference in them.
Your going to need a MCI to work with the rest of the cart.

Think the MCI came out in 2003 someone will correct me if that's wrong.

Being if FL you may have a better chance of finding one, so many carts there.

I agree with Redfish.

I see no hole in seal side of head where the camshaft turns. Maybe because the cam on mine and his seized up and filled the oil hole with metal. Only way I would know for sure is look at a new head.

The MCI and Pre-MCI engines are quite different. I think I prefer the Pre-MCI but I am old and don't like changes. :)

The one I have in shop now was getting plenty of oil to rocker arms as seen in pictures.

The person that had this cart thinks it was run without oil . I am now thinking something else happened. How did these rocker arms get so much oil if it was run low. There was even oil laying in top of head.

My engine is locked up. Probably because somewhere it was robbed of oil. I really don't know because this is how I got it. My cam gear is good and it didn't mess up the timing belt.

Maybe someone can explain how this camshaft is supposed to oil. The Pre-Mi's had oil holes in head and anyone who has ever worked on one has been hit with that burst of oil when you spin the engine over with valve cover removed.

The place I used to work as a service manual and parts for the MCI engines. I may go take a look at it Monday. Tom.

I also saw no oil hole on the belt side of the cam in mine. I dont know how that side is supposed to get oil but I am very curious!
