Default How to wire a battery meter with voltage reducer and a fuse block

I recently purchased a 2016 EZGO TXT 48V cart that does not have a voltage reducer installed. I purchased a voltage reducer, 6 port fuse block, and a battery meter. Do I wire the voltage meter Directly on the front end of the battery circuit or into the fuse block below the voltage reducer?

battery meter will need to be straight to batteries I would think. If you hook it into the fuse block after the reducer, it's only going to show 12volts, not pack voltage.
