48 volt txt. Part number 625805. I also need to confirm what this connects to. My guess is a piggy back to the controller.

Locate a wire diagram for the wire harness you are using. That diagram would give a concrete plan to follow.
What year and drive system did system is the harness you have for?

It’s a harness form 2010. The diagram is above posted by kgsc. But it doesn’t show what what those wires are. I thought maybe something to do with a dealer diagnostic or programming because it’s the only one that is capped, but the colors are different.

I meant trace the wires back to the 16 pin harness from the plug you have.
