Weak battery, or corrosion on the battery cables.

Always check the basics:

Fuel, Air, Spark, Compression = vroom

If the starter/generator isn't spinning the engine fast enough to start, check the battery and/or have it tested, check all your battery cables and clean and tighten them.

Everything is good. Just when I give it gas sounds like the starter keeps spinning and after a few mintues of pressing the gas then the motor engages and goes but only for 5-6 mintues then goes back to spinning sound. Does it sound like the starter is bad??? Thank you

Is the belt tight enough? Mine was doing that then we adjusted the starter/generator
