Default 2008 EZGO RXV motor problem after bearing encoder install

After reading much on this forum I ended up replacing the bearing encoder on my 2008 RXV. The problem now is that when I step on the accelerator pedal, the motor starts up smooth for about 2 seconds and then starts shaking violently (the motor only). This happens whether the cart is up on jack stands or on the ground. When I spin the rear wheels/motor by hand I don't feel any issues at all. I'm going to go back in and check it all again but just wanted to see if anyone has experienced this before and has insight on something I did wrong on re-assembly.

I experienced the same issue where the rear wheels would spin up correctly with when I pressed the throttle then when release the throttle the motor would stutter and jerk. The only way to stop the stutter was to turn the key to the off position.

The stutter started when I upgraded the controller from danaher to Navitas TAC2.

The stutter / jerking was resolved when I replaced the motor encoder bearing.

Double check the motor encoder bearing using the RXV trouble shooting guide.
