Default TXT 48v Upgrade Help Needed(won’t move)

Recently upgraded my 2007 TXT PDS from 36v to 48v. Also installed a Admiral B4 motor.

Before upgrade, cart ran fine with 36v. Controller is Alltrax XCT48500 with 400amp contractor. Also has FNKEY. I installed new Trojan 8v’s batteries, wired them up and connected them to the controller. Controller was originally set up for 36v with stock motor.

Installed motor, all connections were the same other than the speed sensor which I wired in as everyone recommended, red-red, black-black, gray-green. Only other change is I swapped the charger port for a Delta-Q. Small blue wire from charger port wired to red/white wire. I have charged the cart with the Accusense charger and that worked fine. I programmed the controller for the motor and loaded the field map. Undervoltage set to 38v over voltage set to 62v. 4 pole speed sensor selected. Made no other changes in the software Run/tow switch is set to Run.

When I turn the key on, my onboard voltmeter shows 50.2 vdc. Checking with multimeter, Battery pack is also 50.2. I have 49.8vdc at B+ and B- on the controller at all times, key on or off. When I press the pedal I do not get any voltage between B+ and M- on the controller and the cart does not move. All other wiring looks correct according to the wire diagram.
Any ideas?

If I go into the “Monitor” tab in the Alltrax Toolkit and turn on the key, I get the following error flags:
Shutdown
Low throttle input underrange(this flashes red with bullet point to blue)
High throttle input underrange

The gauges section shows:
Throttle 100%
Battery voltage 49.8
Key switch input on
Controller temp 30.4 *C

Forward switch input and reverse switch input both change to On if I activate the fwd/rev switch in the respective direction.
If I press the pedal the only thing that changes is Footswitch input On.

I am no expert by any means here I am looking on doing the 48volt conversion here this weekend as well.
Did you change the 250ohms resister to the 470 ohms resistor across the solenoid?
Change the overcurrent and undercurrent voltage in the alltrax controller?

I called Alltrax support and figured out the issue.

The blue wire from the delta-q receptacle does not go to the red/white wire going to the key switch. The red/white wire needs to see constant battery pack voltage so the key will turn on the controller. The old 36v system had a failsafe in the charging port that would cut power to the red/white wire when the charger is plugged in so the cart can’t accidentally be driven. The delta-q does not work this way apparently. I currently have the blue wire from the charging port going to nothing and the red/white to the positive on the battery pack and everything works good now.
