Default carryall 272 - How to keep it running longer

Okay, so I just purchased my first gas cart. We have 4 electric carts but I went with the carryall 272 as it seemed a lot sturdier & I felt it would hold up better for ranch use. It is a 2001 and has 1300 hours on it. It seems well took care of & runs great. It was a trade in on a custom stretched cart, so the previous uses are unknown. My questions are, what do I need to do to maintain it & keep it running good & how often. The cart is almost always in the dirt, and is primary uses are to haul hay, clean stalls with, and pulling the tool trailer which is fairly small. It is used almost every day & I am the only driver. I am probably more mechanicly inclined then my husband, so I will be the one taking care of it. All help is greatly appreciated.

Regular oil, filter and air filter changes are a must for dusty environments, a pump or two of grease into the zerk nipples at the same time takes only minutes and a spare drive and s/g belt is good peace of mind. Halve the CC recommended service intervals for extremely dusty and dry conditions and you won't be far wrong. Cheap enough to do and your cart will love you for it.
