Thank you everyone for your replies and suggestions. I found one of the throttle levers which goes down to the governer? outside of the flywheel came loose. It has the plastic end which snaps onto the metal ball. The plastic end is old and snaps off the ball pretty easy. Anyone know the correct gap for the spark plug?
