Thanks for the help! It is installed correctly. I am going to put some fuel conditioner in it and run a few tanks of premium through it before I go any further with it. If that doesn't remedy the problem we will work on the compression, adjusting valves, re-cleaning it, etc. I'll update after I have her out for a while...right how she's in pieces getting painted!
