What do you think. Spacer and ramp shoes? Anything else?

Thank you!

I put a new spider with ramp shoes in, but my sheave ramps were ok.It looks to me that your sheave ramps are heavily damaged.Again I am no transaxle expert but is the transaxle housing fractured around the input shaft?

Other than the scrapes you see in the picture the transaxle appears to be fine.

New spider and spacer purchased. Do the spacer teeth face the transaxle or the clutches?

Looks like the teeth face away from the transaxle

All noises are gone smooth operation of clutches in neutral. Now to tighten the belt and see how it does on some hills.

If you put that sheave back in, the ramps are going to eat the new shoes in the spring seat. It's damaged beyond reusing.

Just observing that black round spot on your tranny case, I'm guessing that is the cross over shaft on the reverser gear. It's suppose to look like this; you may be headed for more problems. The tech's will know more than me!!

Also, have you checked the oil level in the tranny?
