Default Motor or Pedal Switch Issue

pardon my ignorance, I'm a bean counter not an electrical engineer.

I'm still struggling with an issue.

2007 G29

New batteries all read good and read good in collective.

New cables

New Alltrax 400

New larger solenoid

Everything worked great for a couple of months

Then it would intermittently fail and regain function without any intervention.

Now nothing.

Tow run switch will cycle the light on the controller

pedal will click the solenoid

After exchanging pms with sportcoupe who had the exact same symptoms that ended up being a faulty alltrex controller, I took the controller off and replaced it with the stock controller.

Still nothing, the tow run switch will cycle the solenoid but no go. But it doesn't appear the pedal will click the solenoid anymore.

So I think my issue must be either the pedal switch or the motor right?

How do I test either one? I have a meter, but limited experience.

I'm going to try a couple of more times and then I'm pushing this thing in the lake.

I am not an expert on these carts but there will be someone that will chime in.
The pedal switch or the connector to it could have a problem.
There is also a throttle position sensor that could be bad or the connection to it.
Seems like the tow/run switch is working.
I would not expect the motor or controller at this point until these two are checked.
Motor could have some brush issue depending on it history of use or abuse.
Don't lake it!

Had somewhat similar problem. Was intermittent then Nothing. I checked fuse, replaced solenoid, but no luck. Took it back to shop and they traced problem to controller. Bunch of $$ later it is now working ok.

But you have already replaced controller so don't know
