Bought 6, 6 Volt GC2 in July 2010, 18 months later one is failing after a couple of hours use, it gets down to 5.8 volts and I can barely get home after a round of Golf.

Take it back and have them test it . . CostCo is good with warranty/customer service stuff . . .
